It’s very delicious and soft . It looks classic for the fancy design.
1Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup icing sugar for 10 minutes. Keep a side. Beat egg whites for 10 minutes in another bowl and add 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 cup icing sugar. In egg yolk mixture add butter oil and beat well. Mix flour and egg white mixture slowly with whisk. Pour the batter into a greased mould . Bake for 25 minutes at 160 degree Celsius. Let the cake get cool. Decorate cake with butter cream in Rossetti design.
