Room temperature egg 1

flour 1/2 cups and 4 tablespoon

4 tablespoon yogurt

6 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/2 cup hot coffee

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoon butter

1/2 cups and 3 tablespoon powdered sugar

3 teaspoon oil

Chocolate ganache

160g whipping cream

160g semisweet chocolate chips

passion fruit cream

1 passion fruit juice

1 1/2 cups powered sugar

200g whipping cream

cream cheese frosting

cream cheese 4oz

whipping cream 160g

3/4 cups power sugar

vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Dulce de leche

3 tablespoon

Fondant

2 coloured fondant

Devil's food cake: Preheat the oven on 180 degrees to C, butter the pans and line with parchment papers. On a separate bowl mix the cocoa powder and hot coffee until it looks smooth, add yogurt and vanilla essence. Make sure the cocoa powder dissolves in the hot coffee.

1On a different bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the butter (room temperature) on a stand mixture until looks smooth, add oil and sugar on multiple addition (do not add all the sugar at once. Add the egg and incorporate the dry ingredients in 3 addition with the cocoa mixture (2 addition) alternately with the butter mixture. place the batter in two small pans and smooth the top before putting into oven. After 30-35 minutes remove the pans from oven and let it cool completely.

chocolate ganache

1heat the cream on low until soft bubbles appear, add the chocolate chips and mix well together until the mixture becomes glossy and shiny. Let it cool on the refrigerator.

cream cheese frosting

1whipped cream in a large bowl until fluffy and smooth, add sugar in multiple addition. Then add the cream cheese and vanilla essence, keep the cream aside to set.

Passion fruit cream

1beat whipping cream until fluffy and add sugar in multiple addition. Add the juice of passion fruit and let it set in the refrigerator .

Dulce de leche

1 put 1 can of sweet condense milk on a large pan, add water and cover the can completely. Put the pan on stove for about 3 hours, after 3 hours the condense mild will have a caramel flavor and dark in colour.

2Layer the cake with creams and shape the size for fondant. The layering and design of the cake can vary person to person.
